1. Who we are

Marbella Tech Solutions operates at Calle Camino de la Cruz, 29602 Marbella, Málaga, Spain. We are a data controller under the GDPR and Spanish data protection law (LOPDGDD). You can reach us at info@marbellatechsolutions.com.

2. What data we collect

  • Contact form submissions — name, email address, phone number (optional), message content and the service category selected.
  • Enquiry and communication records — emails, call logs and any correspondence related to service delivery.
  • Website analytics — we use Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymised data about page visits, device type, browser and approximate location. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics without consent.

3. How we use your data

  • To respond to your enquiry and provide the services you have requested.
  • To send you information about your project or ongoing support.
  • To improve our website and services through anonymised analytics.
  • We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.
  • We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.

4. Legal basis

We process your data under the following legal bases (Article 6 GDPR):

  • (a) Consent — given when you submit a contact form.
  • (b) Performance of a contract — when we are delivering a service to you.
  • (c) Legitimate interests — for analytics and service improvement.

5. Data retention

Contact form data is retained for 24 months from the date of last contact. Project records are retained for 5 years in line with Spanish commercial law. Analytics data is retained for 14 months as configured in Google Analytics 4.

6. Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to: access your data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion, restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, email info@marbellatechsolutions.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Authority (AEPD) at aepd.es.

7. Third-party services

We use the following third-party services which may process your data:

  • Google Analytics 4 — anonymised analytics. Each provider operates under its own privacy policy and GDPR data processing agreement.
  • SendGrid by Twilio — email delivery of contact form notifications.
  • Google Workspace — internal email.

8. Security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including TLS encryption on all web traffic, access controls on all systems and regular security reviews.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
